WynneD. Demas, LMT, CNT
     After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology, Wynne D. (pronounced "Wendy") worked professionally in Corporate Fitness and Cardiac Rehab before earning her license in Massage Therapy.  She worked for Memorial Hospital in Physical Therapy and Wellness Division as a Massage Therapist for 9 years before opening her own private practice, BodyWisdom in 2008.
     Wynne D. is certified in Neuromuscular Therapy which can significantly help in the relief of chronic pain due to injury or other chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, etc.  She has training in Lymphatic Drainage, European Kinetic Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Swedish as well as other modalities.
      Wynne D.'s mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness.  A firm believer in the inseparable connection between mind-body-spirit, she is a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well being.

Bethany Dillard, LMT
     Bethany
became interested in massage therapy while living in San Francisco. A close friend had to undergo reconstructive surgery on his hips and suffered from severe chronic pain. She discovered how powerful and effective massage was in relieving his pain.
     She graduated from the Chattanooga Massage Institute in 2004. She was then trained in Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, and European Kinetic Massage and specializes in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage.
     She has worked in private practice, massage studios, chiropractic and spa settings. Her goal is to release trigger points, fascial restrictions, and stagnant energy, reducing stress, chronic pain and helping with injury rehabilitation. She enjoys helping her clients discover deeper physical balance and self awareness.

Lori Ryan, LMT, CNT
     Lori is a Tennessee state licensed massage therapist. She graduated from Red Mountain Institute for the Healing Arts in Birmingham Alabama, in 1999. She is certified in Clinical Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy. Expanding her skills, Lori further trained with various instructors and is a 2nd degree Reiki pratictioner. She also holds a BA in Studio Art from Emmanuel College in Boston.
     Lori spent 10 years in Alabama, working in several different day spas, one of which is affiliated with The Chopra Center in California where she was trained in Ayurvedic practices. That experience defined Lori's holistic approach to health and massage therapy.
     She now lives in the Saint Elmo neighborhood of Chattanooga with her husband.  She is also a painter and member of the In-Town Gallery on the Northshore where she sells her work. She is the proud parent of
three grown sons

Lindsay Weaver Stayton, LMT
     Lindsay graduated from the nationally accredited Denver School of Massage Therapy with over 800 hours of training and has been practicing massage since June 2010. Clients with conditions such as sports injuries, carpal tunnel, chronic headaches, and fibromyalgia have greatly benefited from Lindsay’s massage techniques. She has learned an integrated therapeutic technique, drawing from relaxing Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, and facilitated stretching.
     Lindsay adapts each session to the client’s needs to provide results that benefit their overall health. Whether full body relaxation or specific deep tissue work, each client will leave feeling less stressed and more self-aware.
